Stillhouse Restaurant Reopens February 4th









A Favorite Hidden Gem
Home to one of our favorite hidden gems in all of the land, it’s not unusual for us to feel the beckoning of Woodbury’s rustic woods, beckoning us back. Why Woodbury, you ask? Well, if you’d ever visited the local treasure tucked into those rolling hills (stretched across 300 acres of  farmland and wooded groves), you would understand.

Stillhouse Restaurant
Early last year, The Stillhouse Restaurant was born,  just a bit across from Short Mountain Distillery. Since then, a wonderful marriage of new and old has emerged. It’s infused in literally everything they do. Like the Distillery before them, The Stillhouse has crafted a highly evocative aesthetic with their creative offerings.

Locally Sourced, Farm-to-Table Dishes
Their commitment to designing a menu around local, seasonal, farm-to-table dishes represents the very best in modern dining trends. Yet, this simple, elegant approach delivers a wholesome excellence that hearkens back to yesterday - as do the classic Southern dishes that round out the menu at The Stillhouse.

Southern Classics
Such favorites as Fried Pickled Okra, White Beans & Ham and Shrimp & Grits have garnered the restaurant quite a following of devoted fans. Of course, we can’t bear to leave out the hormone and antibiotic-free, grass fed, 12 oz. Braveheart Black Angus Ribeye, seared and grilled to perfection. There’s truly something to satisfy every taste at The Stillhouse.

In preparation for their next great year in business, The Stillhouse took a short renovation break at the start of the year. They reopen for business on February 4th, so mark your calendars. While you’re at it,  call ahead for Valentine’s Day reservations!

Less than an hour away from Nashville, The Stillhouse Restaurant is one of our favorite reasons  to “escape to the country”. Looking for someplace special for a relaxing, romantic dinner? Thank You for a Wonderful Year!

It’s Been a Ball
Literally! From all of us at Stillhouse Restaurant, to all who attended our 2016 Mountain Masquerade, thank you. It was a very special night. We had a blast celebrating the end of a banner year, and ringing in a brand new one. And there was a lot to celebrate as we gathered to say goodbye to 2015. It was a year of triumphant beginnings, new endeavors and great new friendships. There are so many people that played part in making the Stillhouse a success in our maiden year. If you weren’t there to celebrate with us, allow us to take this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful year!

Closed Until February
In preparation for 2016, we will be closed throughout the month of January. We promise to come back fully refreshed and better than ever in February. In the meantime, we’ll be working up more of the fresh, locally sourced, farm-to-table creations you love, including gluten-free and vegan options, as well as more of our popular, updated southern classics. Don’t forget, The Stillhouse is a wonderful place to spend with a loved one, so remember to make plans to book your Valentine’s Day celebration with us as soon as possible. This is a ticket ONLY event!
Over 21 event. Proper ID required upon entry, even with ticket.
You are invited to what will be the most sensational New Year’s Eve party, Short Mountain & Middle Tennessee has ever seen. Be entertained by DJ Don Raymond while dancing in the New Years!
You can choose to enjoy a VIP experience that includes dinner & general admission, or equally enjoy general admission only.
This event will include a charity fundraiser. Not only will you enjoy the night, but you will also be contributing to your community.
For guests, we will award three special gifts at 11:00PM (best mask & costume, best dressed couple, and best dressed individual). We will also be giving away door prizes throughout the night!
